Cocktail Creations: Sip on a variety of innovative and classic cocktails, each meticulously crafted to tantalize your taste buds.

New York Sour

The New York Sour, a whiskey sour with a red wine float, likely originated in Chicago during the 1880s, not in New York. It was initially known by other names like Continental Sour, Southern Whiskey Sour, Brunswick Sour, and Claret Snap before becoming widely known as the New York Sour. Despite its name, its association with New York likely came later as the cocktail gained popularity across the country.

Gypsy Queen Martini

The Gypsy Queen Martini, a post-prohibition vodka cocktail, originated in the mid-1930s at New York's Russian Tea Room, aiming to promote the exotic spirit. Made with vodka, Bénédictine, and orange bitters, its popularity was short-lived as World War II sparked a shift toward American-made spirits. The cocktail is known for showcasing the complex, herbal sweetness of Bénédictine with vodka as a base, and its emergence marks one of the earliest instances of vodka featuring in a cocktail in the U.S.

🥃 Whisky Flights: Explore an array of exquisite whiskies, handpicked for their unique flavors and exceptional quality.

📖 Spirited Stories: As you enjoy your drinks, immerse yourself in captivating tales and anecdotes on spirits shared by Mike, making the evening even more memorable.

Make your evenings extraordinary with an experience that's as much about the spirited stories as it is about the livations. Reserve your spot now for a night of elegance and indulgence at The Vault!
