Boulevardier

The Boulevardier is a classic cocktail created in Paris in the 1920s by American writer Erskine Gwynne, who named it after his literary magazine, The Boulevardier. It's essentially a Negroni with whiskey (usually bourbon) replacing the gin. Though created in the 1920s, the Boulevardier remained relatively obscure until the recent resurgence of classic cocktails. The drink gained popularity in the 2010s as part of the craft cocktail movement. 

Paloma

The Paloma, Mexico's national cocktail, has a somewhat obscure history, with its exact origins unknown. While some believe it was invented in the 1950s, possibly by legendary Mexican bartender Don Javier Delgado Corona, its precise creation story remains a mystery. The name "Paloma" means "dove" in Spanish, and the drink is known for its light, refreshing, and easy-to-make nature, typically consisting of tequila, grapefruit soda, and lime.
