One of the oldest and most iconic cocktails is the Old Fashioned, which traces its roots to the early 19th century. There isn't a single, widely-recognized cocktail named the "Jalisco Old Fashioned" with a specific history; however, the term likely refers to a tequila-based interpretation of the classic Old Fashioned, using spirit from the Jalisco region of Mexico.
