We would like to thank Meagan (Bob, to us) and Morgan who have both chosen to go back to school after a year with us at the Botanist and have definitely both left their mark with the cafe and the customers, and they will be missed. Additionally, Chef Ian joined us taking on a leadership role on the culinary side of things with 13 years of Bermuda Experience and a wish to continue to train young people, we felt he was the perfect fit for the team. This however, meant saying not farewell but a happy retirement to Paul who has been with us since before opening day and without whom the Botanist would not be what it is. We wish him well and have seen him visit the Botanist with the Family regularly.
